Summit Technology Group and its bank clients have launched Lenders Cooperative, a standalone, client-owned entity offering software and shared services for community banks, credit unions and fintechs. The platform provides online loan origination for small-business commercial and industrial, Small Business Administration and other commercial loans. Lenders Cooperative’s shared services include credit underwriting, SBA loan servicing and loan and deposit operations, as well as a white-label contact center for small-business borrowers who need help securing a loan. Financial services clients can gain equity ownership as clients.
